Lenhardt & Lenhardt solicitors were founded in 2017 by Chantal Lenhardt and Marc Lenhardt. Our offices are located in in Frankfurt am Main and also in Seeheim-Jugenheim (Bergstrasse). We continually participate in appropriate programmes of professional training in order to maintain our theoretical knowledge, professional skills and our values at the highest level.


Mrs. Chantal Lenhardt studied law in Konstanz and Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and graduated with a Master’s degree in 2008. After the required two year legal traineeship at the regional court in Darmstadt and the Second State Exam in 2010 she was admitted to the bar in Germany. She also holds a Master in Mention droit privé from the University of Lyon (France). In 2014, the German Bar Association awarded her the title certified specialist in family law (Fachanwältin für Familienrecht) after passing the required exams and completing the required amount of practical cases. Before founding Lenhardt & Lenhardt solicitors she worked in several medium-sized law firms in Darmstadt and Frankfurt specialised in family law and labour law.

Mrs. Lenhardt advises in all aspects regarding family law, e.g. divorce, child maintenance, separation support, and post-marital spouse support. Furthermore, she advises regarding civil partnerships and also with respect to parental maintenance. She gained a lot of experience when it comes to marriage contracts. Due to the special urgency of family matters an appointment with Mrs. Lenhardt on short notice is often possible. Mrs. Lenhardt advises in German, French (as second mother language) and English.


Mr. Marc Lenhardt studied law in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and graduated with a Master’s degree in 2008. After the required two year legal traineeship at the regional court in Darmstadt and the second State Exam in 2010, Mr. Lenhardt successfully completed another Master’s degree in Derby (England) and has been awarded a Master of International and Comparative Law (LL.M) in 2012. Since then he worked in the Human Resources Department of an international Bank in Wiesbaden, advising executive leadership with respect to all upcoming questions regarding employment law. In 2017 he was admitted to the bar in Germany.

Mr. Lenhardt advises in all fields of employment law, especially when it comes to dismissal. Furthermore, he is an expert in vacation entitlement, sickness or injury law, parental leave, mobbing and employer`s references. Mr. Lenhardt advises both employers and employees. Furthermore, he conducts seminars regarding special questions and actual matters concerning employment law. These are especially useful for members of a Works Council. Mr. Lenhardt advises in German and English.
